Dr. Kwong holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington and earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. As the Chief Scientific Consultant and Chairman at ReGen Factor Pty Ltd, Dr. Kwong plays a pivotal role in guiding the development of new pharmaceutical products using bio-identical growth factors and innovating protein expression systems to produce valuable therapeutic proteins.
Dr. Kwong’s extensive experience includes serving as a Visiting Scholar at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where he led biotechnology laboratory teams, taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and supervised a significant number of students and research assistants. His contributions include the preparation of new manuscripts, grant applications, and the development of large-scale production systems for human stem cells.
Dr. Kwong has also served as Executive Director and Chief Scientific Officer at Meserna Biotechnology (HK) Limited, where he oversaw the cloning, expression, production, and characterization of various growth hormones, insulin, and interferons. His work has been instrumental in setting up new biotechnological and pharmaceutical plants, training personnel, and assisting in the application of PCT patents and Chinese research grants.
In addition to his scientific achievements, Dr. Kwong is an esteemed editor for several prestigious publications, including the International Journal of Immunology and Annals of Experimental and Molecular Biology (AEMB).

Dr. Mukesh Kumar is a highly accomplished professional in the field of regulatory affairs and quality assurance, with over 20 years of experience leading the clinical development of more than 100 products. He is the CEO and Founder of FDAMap, a Washington DC-based firm specializing in regulatory affairs, clinical trials, and smart development strategies for FDA-regulated products.
Dr. Kumar’s expertise spans global regulatory project management, compliance inspections, operational management, and multi-national project management for medicinal and diagnostic products. He has led over 150 clinical trials across 34 countries, and conducted more than 100 GCP, GLP, GMP, and GACP audits worldwide.
As an adjunct professor at George Washington University’s School of Medicine, Dr. Kumar is also a respected educator and thought leader in regulatory sciences. His weekly blog, FDA Puran, is followed by over 80,000 readers globally.
Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and is a certified regulatory professional by the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, USA.

DR. ROEL GALOPE

Dr. Roel Galope is a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiology Specialist with over 23 years of experience in the medical field. He earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Western University of Health Sciences and completed his residency in radiology at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. Dr. Galope further specialized by completing a fellowship in magnetic resonance imaging at Proscan Imaging in Cincinnati.
Dr. Galope is board-certified by The American Osteopathic Board of Radiology and has spent more than a decade practicing as a radiologist in northern New Jersey. He is currently affiliated with Holy Name Medical Center and has recently expanded his expertise to include aesthetic medical care. Dr. Galope is a member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and the International Academy of Aesthetics, and he is also a Bauman Certified Hair Coach.

Dr. Mark Morunga completed his Medical Degree BHB and MBCHB at Auckland University in 1993. Completed the Diploma in Paediatrics in 1997 & Diploma in Community Emergency Medicine in 2001. Became a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of Urgent Care in 2001. Has been a Physician in East Auckland from 1997 to 2019 & former Clinical Director of East Care A & M Clinic, Botany, for ten years. Increased interest in Cosmetic Medicine, completing the Diploma in Cosmetic Medicine and becoming a Member of the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine NZCSM in 2011. Opened Face Doctors Howick 2010, Face Doctors Remuera 2012, and Face Doctors Drury 2019.
Developed a particular interest in Men’s Health in 2014, particularly ED, PE, and regenerative medicine in ED with Platelet Rich Plasma therapy. Completing Certificate Andrology Indonesia 2019 and opening the Essential Men’s Clinics in Howick and Remuera in 2014, working closely with Auckland Urologist and offering services for men in Sexual Health such as the P Shot®.
Chief Surgeon
Dr. Emil Shakov, M.D., FACS
Dr. Emil Shakov is a board-certified general surgeon with specialized training in Minimally Invasive Surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. He received his Medical Degree and Master’s of Science degree from the American University of the Caribbean, followed by a surgical internship at Monmouth Medical Center. Dr. Shakov completed his residency and chief year at Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Science and pursued further fellowship training at The Valley Hospital.
Dr. Shakov has been in practice since 2010 and is highly regarded for his expertise in general surgery, including hernia repair, gallbladder removal, appendectomy, and colon surgeries. He is committed to patient-centered care, ensuring that each patient is well-informed and receives the best possible outcomes, whether in elective or emergency surgeries.
Dr. Shakov is currently on staff at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, Community Medical Center in Toms River, and Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood, NJ.
