Stephen was born in South Africa where he Stephen managed investment education businesses before emigrated to Australia in 1997. Stephen graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Griffith University in Australia. Stephen has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and business management in the sectors of investment education, publishing, the medical aesthetic industry and managing medical research of Fibroblast Growth Factors.

Dr. Hardik Soni
Dr. Soni finished his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and currently works as an emergency room physician at Overlook Medical Centre, as well as serving as medical director of Ethos Spa, Skin and Laser Centre in both the Summit and Englewood locations. He was recently chosen for the Advisory Medical Panel of Bella Magazine in NYC.

James has an extensive background in journalism and investment markets. Before establishing Mandate Corporate, he was Investor Relations Manager for a major national public relations firm. Previously, James worked as a business and finance journalist and was editor of Australia’s leading resource sector investor magazine.
His career began in the investment market, where he worked for 14 years in business development roles for leading global fund managers and as a private client adviser for an investment advisory firm. He has extensive experience in advising a large number of successful emerging companies.
